Yeah, no excuses for not blogging in for a while on home website. By the way, as Blogging goes Corporate, I wonder whether Corporate Blogging do generate revenue or rathar, sell its products. There need to be strong traffic to your blog, numerous links to it from other blogs and frequent reader feedback are a few signs your blog is generating buzz that can attract buyers. There are media companies and corporates who fill up the gaps with ghost bloggers or rathar call in for hired bloggers who charge over a $4 per post. But awareness do totally lack in many Corporates in India who stand with stand-alone websites, not frequently updated nor even seen visited or got lost in the search back pages. If a company blog generates $10 a day, even this is fine but unfortunately, we all know our time restraints and hence, hired bloggers fill in the gaps and are a boon to many Corporates.

I started writing Blogs in my journalism area and end up writing my own company blog here - all with slow pace but steady and some day, hope to make it big with the revenue generation ( ) or possibly, build in the steady clients who flow in their mails & build mutual business relations for our products - the chemicals, Insurance (Travel Insurance online), calling for Car Rates and best deals and the flowing enquiries for bookings of Flights or hotels.

So long for now, Happy Thanksgiving - Thanks for visiting my blog and passing this way....

Life is a Journey, enjoy the trip with Maruti Swift!

It is heard, Suzuki will bring the next-generation Swift hatchback to the United States in 2010 to compete with such vehicles as the Honda Fit. A hybrid sedan is a possibility. The Swift last was sold in US in 2002.

Well, recently I took a Swift for myself for change-over from Viva. I had a red viva but than I wanted a car too easy moving along the city as I always have rush on-spot customer visits & road tests for many. The Swift is more eye-catching, more spacious, more refined, more user-friendly and a whole lot more enjoyable to drive than anything else in the compact-car category. The car is quite tall, and a little wider than the Palio and the Indica. The Suzuki Swift is able to seat five comfortably and offer ample luggage space. I've used Palio, Wagon R and Fiat Uno ealier which was a great drive too but Swift is the current 'Right Pick' if you really want the cozy feel.

If you are wondering 'Can the Swift take on the likes of Hyundai Getz, Ford Fusion or the various other hatchbacks around' - Simply, the answer is 'Yes' - Maruti Swift is the Car of the Year 2006 and made for the Indian roads with the city traffic on a rise day in and day out. For prices of Maruti Swift, refer Ennovative Finanz and call on us any time you feel, for a Test Drive. Enjoy!

Giant Steps

Here's an example of Albert Einstein - He was the greatest scientist in a century dominated by science - The Atom Bomb, the Big Bang, Quantum Physics and Electronics; all bear his imprint. Born to a jewish couple from southern Germany, Albert Einstein was the embodiment of pure intellect, the genius among geniuses who discovered, merely by thinking about it, that the universe was not as it seemed. His ideas, like Darwin, went beyond science, influencing modern culture from painting to poetry. In fact, his effect on the popular imagination continued throughout his life and even after it. Following World War II, Einstein campaigned for a ban on nuclear weaponry and pleaded for an end to bigotry and racism. His humane and democratic instincts remain an ideal political model for the 21st century embodying, as they do, our highest hopes.

A sheer example of an 'Imagination' - If Imagination doesn't soar high and ambitions aren't big, accomplishments do not reach milestones. Achievements comes in with efforts and these very achievements are nourished with accomplishments leading one to Giant Steps - imaginations to reach to newer heights. You climb to take those very small steps to make them big turning to Giant Steps. That's how, every new day, Secure Insurance strives for a Giant Step leap and already become a Gold member with the TATA AIG 'Giant steps Partner Recognition Program' making a new mark - Believe me, all with the association of our reputed clients and yeah, as a reader of this Blog, you too can be a part of my Giant Leap by clicking on Secure Insurance Solutions - all for your Insurance Solutions. R&D Operations shift to India and China

A survey of 186 top companies found more than three-quarters of research and development sites planned through 2007 are slated for India and China.

Dow Chemical, which spends about $1 billion a year on R&D, has less than 100 R&D staff in China right now but 4,000 in the U.S. and 1,000 in Europe. But by the end of next year it hopes to have opened a new facility in India and expanded an existing one in China. These will be home to 1,200 staff. Dow doesn't plan to build any new facilities in the U.S. If Dow Chemical built new R&D facilities in the U.S. instead of China and India, it could only hire one-third of the employees it needs.

This means, with the IT trends of google and many others stepping into Indian cities, there seems Business houses round the globe are believing more in Indian talents and potentialities. Corporations are finding that their R&D dollars go a long way and can do the same quality research and get the same results for a limited budget.

Manali had waved its magic wand and my life was filled with joy to feel the thrill of an adventure cum most memorable holidays. It was during those Diwali holidays to an escape to an RCI resort of Sterling with the advantage of 7 days and 6 nights - exclusively to be spent at a unique Hill Station 'Manali' in India. You must have seen the pic on Holidays page with an Uno on the back-drop of Snow-scaped hills and wondered how we must have returned from Marhi. Whoaa..Manali has been a great trip by Uno car, all the way from Gujarat to Manali! The car really proved a great Road Test and it been a fantastic adventure tour that I ever had. Yeah, we went by Uno to Marhi and while coming back, the thin narrow roads were full of snow. A little skid there and we would have been down the hills. Touch wood, the pic shows us smiling back to our resort with an unforgettable, memorable experience.

Manali has so much to offer - the breathtaking sights of snow capped peaks, the gushing Beas river; hot springs at Vashisht, Manu and Hadimba temples, great shopping with amust buy nepali bell and kulu shawls. Israelis, I gather have made their second home in Manali and hence, lafa, shaksuka and other Israeli cuisine are advertised at every second hotel. Also available is Italian, German and Japanese food. We visited the Roerich Art Gallery, the beautiful Solang valley and yeah, Marhi towards the Rohtang Pass. At 13,000 ft. high, its scenic view. They do not have a toll but entry tax with free parking areas and provide a pamphlet containing a guide map of the town with details on taxi fares, etc. What impressed me was the cleanliness drive. Tourists or any person had pay a fine, charged for any plastic bags thrown in the town.
You can say, I saw a dream and it turned to a reality! Next time, you plan to visit places, call on us and yeah sure, you can turn your dreams to reality too:-)

Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited recently announced a 11% growth in profit after tax to Rs. 13.6 crores for the year ending March 31st, 2006 versus Rs 12.2 crores a year ago. The profit before tax was Rs 26.9 crores. The premium income grew by 29% to Rs 606 crores from Rs 469 crores for the same period.

With the showers tickling and the heat wave a passe, sipping coffee along with an Insurance meeting is a great combination to welcome rains. However, monsoon is a horrifying memories of the monstrous monsoon last year where the entire mumbai felt the jolt and my company made a loss of 13.4 crores! Yet, its a great feeling that TATA AIG has made profits despite the flood related claims.

It is during these times when everyone is helpless and wished they have some Insurance cover. It explains what is the meaning of Insurance and affirms its necessity in today's living. During these times, an Insurance cover is a blessing in disguise. He, who has suffered, knows the best.

With the world class products and service levels, I feel proud to be a part of the group to offer its various Insurance packages.

Recently, on the world environment day, the Gujarat Pollution Control Board has reason to rejoice as Ahmedabad dropped to the 12th position on the list of most polluted cities in the country. However, as planned more than 1,500 units in Narol, Naroda, Odhav, Vatva and other Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) areas were to be converted to natural gas over one year. Yet, in the first phase 640 industries, mostly in Vatva, Odhav and Narol, were identified for conversion that was to completed by November 2005. GPCB, which had identified Narol and Vatva as the 'most polluted', had suggested that all large-scale industries there should convert to natural gas during Phase-I. In Phase-II, which was to be completed by February 2006, the Board planned to target units in Odhav GIDC, Naroda GIDC and all foundries to switch to natural gas. However, by May 2006, not even 350 units in the city have been converted to natural gas.

Authorities claim that it is unavailability of gas that has dampened the progress, environmentalists claim it is yet another deadline missed.

Industrial units manufacturing dyes and dye-intermediates account for 59.2% of the hazardous wastes generated. These are concentrated in the industrial estates of Odhav, Naroda and Vatva. Without much concern for environmental norms, Gujarat embarked on a journey of industrialization with massive chemical estates coming up in the Odhav and Vatva, it's a great concern for human dwelling around the area. The Go green celebrations are all with a bang but the fever dries up once the environment day is gone. Aren't the factory owners responsible for a lot of pollution or is corruption at its heights?
